We had multiple offers on our house, and Heather guided us on all of the options. During inspections, a roofing issue came up with the purchaser's inspector which ended up not being an issue at all. Two days before closing, a freak incident occurred with a refrigerator leak, and Heather once again guided us through the process of what to do. Heather was there at all times throughout this crazy process. Heather was available morning, noon and night literally. She's very personable. We also really liked her new associate, April. We would definitely recommend Heather.
